In June 2016, I came back to Sprint to launch 2 new online communities for Sprint's prepaid brands Boost Mobile & Virgin Mobile US.  After the successful launch of these communities on Khoros (previously Lithium Technologies) Responsive platform, we moved 10 years of data to the Sprint Community using the same technology.  In addition to the launch, I also took on the social care strategy & management of the Sprint Community.



  • Create Strategy, Management & Design of Sprint Communities. Sprint, Boost Mobile & Virgin Mobile.
  • Direct public relations efforts for Social Care and Customer advocacy, to create a consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Create social communications strategy for online Communities, Twitter & Facebook to drive users to online communities.
  • Develop and manage KPI’s to identify and track user engagement in support of a $7M call deflection target.
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders 
  • Create relevant content for branded communities to support multi-cultural consumer and business.
  • Plan, develop and execute social sharing strategies, identify and recruit brand influencers and advocates.
  • Plan, develop and execute engagement and response strategy for agents & employees
  • Identify emerging trends in data and reporting tools and create relevant content in support of these.
  • Develop and manage an evergreen content strategy and deployment across all communities.
  • Supervise implementation of all Social strategies related to the online branded communities & social channels ensuring internal collaboration throughout the company, digital, marketing, mobile, social and retail.
  • Identify and oversee technologies to support best practices and integration of communities across all social platforms.
  • Identify, select and manage vendor and IT technologies necessary for the success of communities
  • Manage analytics and optimization with data driven focus on SEO to ensure effective search results across internal and external platforms.
