As the second employee and manager of Business Operations in the United States, I was responsible for identifying and implementing all operating needs.  Including but not limited to HR, Payroll, AP, AR, Benefits, Taxes & Licensing, IT Services, Leasing, Office setup, creating new  policies and procedures, as well as directing the daily operations of Farmers of North America US.  Plan, research, communicate and administer effective medical, 401k, and other benefit programs to attract top candidates and ensure employee retention/satisfaction. Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of required regulatory reports and tax filings. Oversees day to day operations of company’s IT services and websites. Create forecasting for new member sales and manage budgets for IT, HR, Finance, Expenses the US division. Develop and manage supplier/vendor relationships, identify specific office needs and negotiate best solutions and pricing. Create and manage internal communications, policies and procedures to ensure work place stability and effectiveness. Adapt and expand the ever changing roles of a start up environment. Business Operations Manager & Consultant
As the Business Operations Manager & consultant to the Chief Operating Officer in the United States, my responsibilities included identifying and implementing all operating needs. Including but not limited to HR, Payroll, AP, AR, Benefits, Taxes & Licensing, IT Services, Leasing, Office setup, creating new policies and procedures, as well as directing the daily operations of Farmers of North America US.
