Plan, research, communicate and administer effective medical, 401k, and other benefit programs to attract top candidates and ensure employee retention/satisfaction.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of required regulatory reports and tax filings.
Oversees day to day operations of company’s IT services and websites.
Create forecasting for new member sales and manage budgets for IT, HR, Finance, Expenses the US division.
